This Privacy Policy describes how Creator Education Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the Foundation app and website at foundationmusic.app (collectively, the “Service”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application and website.

By using Foundation, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information from and about users in the following ways:

a. Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and other optional profile details.

• Support Requests: If you contact us directly, we may receive your email address, the content of the message, and any other information you choose to provide.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including your device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and browser type.

• Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with our App and Site, such as feature usage, lesson completion, and in-app behaviors.

• Log Data: Like most services, we log access times, pages viewed, and other diagnostic data.

c. Purchase & Payment Info

All payments are processed via the Apple App Store. We do not store or have access to your full payment details, but we may receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.

• Improve and develop new features or services

• Communicate with you about your account or support inquiries

• Apple Inc.: Your subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple, and we may receive reports on purchase status for account management.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to protect your account credentials and contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Children’s Privacy

Foundation is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

• Update or correct your account information at any time through the app

• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us

• Opt out of certain non-essential communications

• Manage subscription settings directly via your Apple ID account

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the App or Site. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
